Walking for children like Elis

We are walking to raise vital funds for Playskill, a charity supporting pre-school children with physical disabilities and delays in Herts to develop their communication, movement and key life skills. Delivered through free weekly therapy sessions.

Playskill have supported Helen’s son Elis over the past four years, helping him to develop skills such as feeding himself, sitting up and communicating his needs to adults. Elis was born with a chromosomal condition and has complex disabilities; he’s non-verbal, has muscle weakness which restricts his mobility, and has severe learning disabilities. Playskill have been invaluable in supporting Elis and the entire family from diagnosis to making developmental progress that’s exceeded expectation.

We’re walking to raise funds to help other children like Elis get the best start in life.
